Rapport was initially designed primarily to be able to deal with taking calls in a call centre for smaller manufacturer or branded products where there was a call for bespoke elements and a low cost.

The system is designed to be fast and perform all the tasks required in a small to medium sized call centre and, it has done so well for a number of years. Over which time it has undergone many revisions and had enhancements added to aid call centre staff and management.

As a solution for essential call handling services rapport is easy to use, offers many features of far more expensive options and can be run on any platform.
